We at Stitch&Steel pride ourselves in providing customers with high quality watches and service. We have applied our best efforts to ensure you never need to use this warranty. But in the unlikely event the need does arise, we have made it a swift and seamless process.
Please note that this warranty is valid for a period of 6 months. If the watch is found to be defective in material or workmanship within 30 days, it will be replaced free of charge by Stitch&Steel on condition that the warranty process is followed within the stipulated time.
If the watch proves to be defective within the warranty period with respect to the hands, dials and watch movement, the watch will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Stitch&Steel.
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover: * Battery, case or strap * Damage resulting from: * Improper handling * Lack of care * Accidents, or * Normal wear and tear * Water damage
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
Warranty Process: 1. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures that clearly demonstrate the problem and show the items’ outer packaging. 2. An acknowledgement will be sent to advise that the enquiry has been received and is under review. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hrs, please resend the enquiry including the original enquiry to highlight the time the request was initially submitted. 3. Once we have reviewed all the details above and find that there is a justifiable defect, we will confirm whether the watch will be replaced or repaired. 4. Should the original design not be available in the case of replacement, a substitute design will be issued. 5. Stitch&Steel will arrange for the return shipment of the watch as well as replacement shipment accordingly. Customers must return the watch in its original packaging.
